Who we are

Run My Social is operated by MrX Innovation Lab Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), the company behind OnPromptAds. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use runmysocial.com and the Run My Social product.

Using Run My Social

You need to be 18 or older and have the right to manage the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for what is posted from your accounts, including posts you set to publish without approval.

Your content

You own what you upload and what we make for you. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you.

Platform rules

Posts and Auto DM replies must follow Instagram and Facebook terms and Meta platform policies. We may pause posting or Auto DM on an account if it puts the account or our access to Meta’s API at risk.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay or PayPal, and your bank may convert the amount to your local currency.

Credits refill on your billing date, do not roll over unless the plan says so, and have no cash value.

Launch offer

The first month of any monthly plan is 50% off while the offer is shown on the pricing page. The normal price applies from the second month. You can cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation and refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to post unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to spam people through Auto DM, or to attempt to break or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your posts on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on Meta, AI model providers or other third parties may change or pause when they do.

Limits of liability

We cannot promise any level of reach, followers or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 14 days before the change applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections that apply where you live.
