What happens when I run out of credits?
Scheduled posts still go out and Auto DM keeps replying. New posts wait until your credits refill on your billing date, or you can buy a credit pack. Packs start at $49.
Do I see the cost before something is made?
Yes. Every post shows its credit cost before it runs, and nothing is charged for research, planning or replies.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes, for a few more days. Your first month on any monthly plan is 50% off. After that the normal price applies, and you can cancel any time before the next charge.
Does yearly billing get the launch discount?
No. Yearly plans are already about two months cheaper, so the launch offer applies to monthly plans only.
Is a remix more expensive?
Usually not. A remix costs the same as the format it becomes, so a text carousel remix is 20 credits and an image remix is 40. Remaking a reel as a new reel is a reel remix at 650 credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refill on each billing date and do not roll over. Pack credits stay on your account while your plan is active.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
