This explains what Run My Social collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short on purpose.
Who is responsible
MrX Innovation Lab Pvt Ltd operates Run My Social and is responsible for your data. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
Your name and email, the links you give us, the voice notes you record, and the content and insights from the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device type and errors.
How we use it
To build your brand brain, research your niche, make and publish posts, send Auto DM replies you set up, and show you how your posts perform. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train models for anyone else.
Connected accounts
We access Instagram and Facebook through Meta’s official APIs, only with the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, and we stop reading from that account straight away. We store access tokens securely and only to run your account.
People who comment
When someone comments a keyword you set, we read that comment and send them a direct message. We keep their handle and the time of the message so you can see your reply log. We do not contact them for any other reason.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the plan, amount, date and a payment reference so we can show your billing history and issue refunds.
Who we share it with
Hosting, payment, email and AI model providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit what they can do with it. Meta, when you use Meta-connected features. Google, when you sign in with Google. A current list of providers is available on request. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Your data may be processed in India, the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards for transfers.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your content within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days. To delete your data, see our Data deletion page.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Children
Run My Social is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it applies.
