There is nothing to ship. Your account is ready as soon as you pay.

A digital service

Run My Social is software delivered over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times for products.

When you get access

Your account and credits are available immediately after payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You will get a confirmation email at the address you signed up with.

If access is delayed

If you paid and do not see your plan within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your payment reference. We fix it or refund you under our Cancellation and refund policy.

Content we make for you

Posts, carousels and videos are generated inside your account, in seconds to a few minutes depending on the format, and appear in your Library. They are published to Instagram and Facebook only when you approve them or schedule them.
