You can delete your data any time. Here is how.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. We remove your brand brain, posts, voice notes and connected account tokens within 30 days.

Disconnect Instagram or Facebook only

In Settings, Accounts, choose Disconnect. We stop reading from the account straight away and delete its access token.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm by email and complete it within 30 days.

Removed from Facebook or Instagram settings

If you remove Run My Social from your Facebook or Instagram Apps and Websites settings, we receive that request from Meta and delete the data tied to that account.

What we keep

Billing records, which the law requires us to keep, and anonymous usage counts that do not identify you.
